Funny you should say that. A few months ago I got involved in a discussion of muppet characters and Sesame Street, in which I suggested that Cookie Monster is the only muppet puppet that has some form of Muppet Down's Syndrome, as every other affliction or condition seems to be represented by the muppet creators. Don't tell me you haven't noticed that glazed look in CM's big googlely-eyes.
