I have no desire at the moment to discuss Nazis, I dislike them as much as anyone should - a lot. In the case you used at least education and management were context dependent. In the Nazi case, it is the word itslef you find offensive, regardless of context. That is what I do not understand. I do think getting past fear of a word regardless of its context is in my best interest, but I would not presume to tell someone what is in their best interest.
