The only problem with using "mind control" to describe what we are
attempting is the bad connotations attached. But that doesn't change
the fact that controlling minds in precisely our goal if we want to
teach people to become rational agents through critical thinking.

I don't see anything morally wrong with mind control. That is what
happens whenever we use language, in fact that is all that language
is used for.
