OK, I get it. You can have "truth" as a core need. But just this once and
don't tell your friends.

This is an excellent example of how truth is not the be-all and end-all. My
statement was an expression of our personal relationship. There's very
little opportunity for "truth" in analyzing such a thing. But how do you
feel about me? How do you think I feel about you? Do you think for one
moment I'm not a member of the David McFadzean Fan Club?
