There is much empirical evidence to show that Americans in particular
have an active prejudice towards Islam. There is also ample evidence to
show that blacks are more often prosecuted, executed and otherwise
harassed by our legal system. I was simply combining the two for
contrast. Do you believe that a wealthy white person is treated the same
in a court of law as a poor black person? I doubt you do.

I don't think this law is written, I do think it exists as a law of
"American Nature", and extends to law enforcement.
