I do not need to doubt what Marie/I say...only to have a certainty in some
other truth which has more support (though I might have several truths which
have different levels of support, there must be one which has the most
support). NOTE: I never said that I don't believe in caution, or reserve,
or having multiple options...only that such considerations CAN be based on
positive spiritual traits--instead of self-destructive ones like "doubt".
I say that I am Brett and that my personal experiences create certain
characteristics which manifest Brettness; by noting these characteristics
one can make take one additional step which confirms this to a degree of
certainty for themselves (and doubt needn't play any role in this
confirmation...only degree of certainty). If Brettness is an objective
quality then it will assert itself--finally--to gain a superior positon
relative to other assertions to the contrary.
