(4) Consistent = predictable. Making experiments possible and worth
performing. In fact making evolution and life possible. I know it's not
the best definition... Well, it's an 18 month project...

Funny, I always think of a mathematical defintion of consistent: defined
on every axis for each point that is defined on one axis. Many
mathematical equations are consistent over a range and inconsistent only
at points or in defined spaces.

I'm not arguing with the "predictable" defintion, though. I think it's
good to start.
