Umm, well I guess you're not being entirely serious here,
but I'm spurred by the mention of my name to respond.

You're right in that I don't think any action is intrinsically
good or bad. But that doesn't mean the concepts aren't
useful. It's like, there's really no such thing as a meme
"out there", but the concept is amazingly useful.

For a Buddhist, "good" is just short for "conducive to
Enlightenment" and "bad" means the opposite.

But "good", "bad" and "memes" really are constructs of
the mind.

Assuming we know what we mean by "constructs",
"mind"... ;-)
