I felt this sudden urge to write what I am to write. "Don't look
at the screen", God said, "just write what I am telling you. I
will tell you something which will convince the people on the Virus
list that I exist."

PS. Pass this information to your closest friends and family.
PS 2: The first PS was God's, this one is mine. I could have
overdone my today's meme-space flexing exercises, but this is what
really happened to me. I don't need to add that I do not agree
with everything God asked me to write, so please, direct your
comments directly to him/her. Thank you all, for your rational and
post-rational understanding."

Um, Tad...the point of memetics is to facilitate your ability to
avoid doing things you don't agree with. I don't think anyone
(Richard included) thinks that you should do anything you don't
want to. The point is to FREE YOUSELF from other people's voices.
Even God's.
I hestate to think that you might be making an analogy to
Objectivism, as I've seen it expressed by yourself and David R. The
similarites are certianly striking to me...but neither of you have
show much ability (to date) to see your own viewpoint ironically.
It's too bad. I one sense you are letting you are admitting you
have an irrational side...but in such a way that you cannot see how
it acts within your own rationalizations.
Actually, I was quite amused by the post...but I'm not sure in quite
the way you intended.
