virus: Beginnings

I was introduced to memes, along with many, by Dawkins. I searched for
"meme" on infoseek and came up with CoV. I was going to skip it as too
wierd but I noticed that David and I had read many of the same books.
Interesting conversations; chemsits talk little about reality or
philosophy...such questions are pretty well resolved, as far as grunt
scientists are concerned.
