The distinction is very important since the two don't refer to the same
thing. To say a computer is "dreaming" should make one wonder,
"why?" since it would serve no purpose in a computer. To make up
some story about how a computer is "so far advanced that it dreams"
is bogus and is just merely hype. The supposed evidence was random
"thoughts" from a computer. Dreams are not random thoughts. These
people are just fooling themselves.
