Dangerous to the people it affects (not infects) of course! If a meme exists such
as "kill all Homosexuals" for example, then there is the danger of acts of violence
against those people for no other reason than the implantation of a "dangerous" meme
in the instigator. It does depend, nominally, on your interpretation of "danger",
but I would have thought that the risk of death is fairly dangerous !

I would hope that people in the society of Level Cube are sufficiently intellectual
(although I never did grasp this Levels 1, 2, and 3 business, and gave up reading the
posts), to realise that hatred is not helpful in many situations, and would
rather embrace education.
