_The EMPRINT Method: A Guide to Reproducing Competence_ by
Cameron-Bandler, Gordon, and Labeau is pretty good, althogh not
terribly accessible. The method includes detailed methods for making
schematics of activity patterns, adding them, or changing them.
Unfortunately, it doesn't go into the eye-movement, vocabulary, or mirroring
techniques that are discussed in _Instant Rapport_.
