Ah, you are both right, of course!

It was the inclusion of "rummage sales" that made me laugh. All the other temperment descriptions sounded so impressive in their different ways...if they'd just left it at "banquets and charity balls" it would have sounded better (to my ears).

(On a different note, I wonder what happens if you're a "Field Marshal", say, but have no charisma. The need to lead, but no one following. Must create a little tension.)

Yeah, there's some quote popping up in my head now, either Mark Twain or some small child, saying they were very glad they didn't like broccoli, because then they should have to eat it.
