Heck, if you're having trouble finding people to do the low-pay, low-status jobs because most everyone in the population values themselves appropriately and quite realistically holds much higher expectations for themselves than mopping floors... well, if that's a PROBLEM in your society, then you're doing just fine.
If that comes to pass anytime before we have swarms of nano-machines dis-assembling all of our garbage and dirt the moment it is no-longer of use to us, then I guess everyone can pick up after themselves until the singularity hits.
