~C ==> (A v B) is the definition of a statement of fact. So of course it's
going to be true for them. That's a simple tautology. (Now if you were
talking about <opinions> however... )
And, of course, the set {Things that have Meaning} includes facts, no dispute with that at all. That's a well known fact! (But it also includes a great many other things as well, you see... )
