I forgot this was one of the books I'd ordered. I went home and opened the box and there it was (along with Stephen Pinker's _How the Mind Works_ a few others). I like Tannen's books, and should probably reread her others when I finish this one. Good insights into how language and thought and behaviour are interrelated, and how communication can break down or be improved.
