In the analysis presented, only 0.014% of the genome could have changed
(based on extremely unrealistic assumptions). If only 2% separates us from
chimps, and we assume an unlimited amount of change can happen in the
"junk" DNA, and that all 0.014% of the Haldane change occurred in the
non-"junk" DNA then 99.3% of the difference is "junk". Unless 99.3% of the
difference is classified as junk, then Haldane still applies.
