Good start but it shows just how amorphous the structure is at the moment.
I was thinking along the lines of "Virus should be an integrated philosophy
encompassing everything from metaphysics and epistemology to ethics and
(perhaps) aesthetics" or "Virus should be a functional alternative to
mainstream religion" or "Virus should be a consistent set of infectious
ideas".

It may even be useful to start with "Virus should be an interesting part
of the WWW" because that entails a well-thought-out and well-presented network
of related ideas.
